ADA cryptocurrency holders can participate in votes directly or through representatives, determining the network&#8217;s development direction.<\/p>\n<p>Plomin was initially planned as the second part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/cardanos-chang-hard-fork-ushers-in-decentralized-governance-era\">Chang upgrade<\/a>, but was later expanded.
