This was announced in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.correios.com.br\/acesso-a-informacao\/licitacoes-e-contratos\/dialogo-competitivo\/parceria-inovadora-correios-lancam-parceria-com-setor-privado\">blog post<\/a> by the agency.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cWe aim to promote a collaborative and dynamic process for finding solutions in the fields of artificial intelligence and blockchain for our business, operations, and contract tasks,\u201d the postal service noted.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to the announcement, the modernization and optimization will include the postal address database. The service plans to develop a &#8220;digital identity&#8221; system and implement a loyalty program. Improvements are also planned for logistics and personnel hiring procedures.<\/p>\n<p>A preliminary selection of companies and specialists with the necessary experience is open.
