A minimum of 10% for all countries took effect on April 5.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, from April 9, the rates were increased for:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Malaysia \u2014 24%;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Thailand \u2014 36%;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Indonesia \u2014 32%;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Taiwan \u2014 32%;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>while for China, the final figure <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/bitcoin-retreats-to-76000-following-chinas-response-to-us-tariffs\">reached 104%<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The new arrangement includes a 90-day period during which reduced tariffs of 10% apply to countries that &#8220;have not taken any retaliatory measures against the U.S.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Simultaneously, Trump announced that new tariffs for China would increase from 104% to 125% immediately.
