This new feature is available to clients in 10 US states, including New Jersey, Connecticut, and Alabama.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Users can trade more than 11,000 stocks and ETFs listed on the American exchange without commission.<\/p>\n<p>The service is integrated into the Kraken interface, allowing simultaneous management of stocks, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and fiat currencies.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>New features include the purchase of fractional shares for investing in securities and instant reinvestment of funds after transactions.<\/p>\n<p>The feature is provided through Kraken Securities, a subsidiary of the company registered in the US and regulated by <span data-descr=\"Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in the US\" class=\"old_tooltip\">FINRA<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>According to Kraken CEO Arjun Sethi, the expansion is a step towards uniting traditional and digital finance. In the future, the company plans to launch the service in international markets, including Europe, the UK, and Australia.<\/p>\n<p>In March, Bloomberg sources reported on the exchange&#8217;s plans to <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/kraken-considers-ipo-amid-regulatory-shifts\">go public<\/a> in the first quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n<p>In the same month, Kraken <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/kraken-agrees-to-acquire-ninjatrader-for-1-5-billion\">reached an agreement<\/a> to acquire the futures trading platform NinjaTrader for $1.5 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Later, the trading platform <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/kraken-and-mastercard-to-launch-cryptocurrency-debit-cards\">partnered<\/a> with the payment system Mastercard to issue physical and digital debit crypto cards.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The exchange Kraken has launched trading in stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
