On April 15, the decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) HTX DAO<\/a> completed its latest quarterly token burn. During the first quarter of 2025, 11.3 trillion HTX tokens were destroyed, amounting to over $19.2 million, according to a press release.<\/p>\n

HTX DAO implemented<\/a> the mechanism in early October 2024. As part of its deflationary model, the DAO allocates 50% of its revenue from the HTX exchange to burning tokens. All transactions are conducted via the Sun.io platform and are available<\/a> for verification on the TRON blockchain.<\/p>\n

The volume of HTX burned decreased by 15% compared to the previous quarter. To date, HTX DAO has destroyed 60.97 trillion HTX tokens, with a total value exceeding $114 million.<\/p>\n
