As the asset appreciated, he shifted his focus to seeking out crypto startups for investment.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;If I had just held bitcoin, I would have made more than by making these investments,&#8221;<\/em> he lamented.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Silbert also stated that 99.9% of existing tokens are meaningless and useless.<\/p>\n<p>The DCG head expressed support for privacy-focused projects, including ZCash, amidst pressure on them and a general downturn in the segment:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;People will realize that financial privacy is important to them,&#8221;<\/em> he explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The CEO of DCG acknowledged that his &#8220;threshold of excitement&#8221; about anything is indeed very high.<\/p>\n<p>As reported, the company led by Silbert has become<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/quiet-ties-how-crypto-lobbyists-gained-entry-to-the-white-house\"> one of the largest lobbyists<\/a> for the industry in the White House.<\/p>\n<p>DCG&#8217;s connections extended not only to Republicans but also to members of the Democratic Party.
