The burgeoning job market and highly skilled professionals make this region ideal for business expansion, he noted.<\/p>\n<p>Coinbase continues to prioritize remote work, with about 95% of employees having the flexibility to work from home, the office, or a combination of both.<\/p>\n<p>The expansion plans in Charlotte are part of a broader initiative.
