A federal court ruled that the regulator had overstepped its authority.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, the CFTC chose not to appeal the decision, effectively acknowledging the legitimacy of the platform&#8217;s operations.<\/p>\n<p>Despite regulatory pressure, Kalshi is expanding: in April, the company <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/robinhood-to-launch-prediction-platform\">integrated<\/a> a prediction marketplace into Robinhood.<\/p>\n<p>Back in March 2025, the prediction market on the Polymarket platform reached an <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/whale-manipulates-polymarket-prediction-markets\">erroneous resolution of a dispute<\/a> due to oracle manipulation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has withdrawn its appeal in the dispute with the prediction platform Kalshi.
