It&#8217;s criminal, and I feel incredibly betrayed,&#8221; the singer stated.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He was responding to a proposal to relax the country&#8217;s copyright laws, which would allow AI developers to train models on any available works.<\/p>\n<p>According to the composer, allowing companies to use artists&#8217; content without payment will lead to &#8220;large-scale theft.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The forthcoming <a href=\"https:\/\/publications.parliament.uk\/pa\/bills\/cbill\/59-01\/0179\/240179.pdf\">bill<\/a> is part of a broader initiative called the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/ai-opportunities-action-plan\/ai-opportunities-action-plan\">AI Opportunities Action Plan<\/a>.
