The service can be used by:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>tourists without bank accounts<\/strong>. A foreign guest rents accommodation in Russia. Unable to open a bank account, and with local terminals not accepting their card, they use Antarctic Wallet to convert USDT into rubles and simply scan a QR code\u2014the transaction is completed instantly via the SBP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>freelancers without banking services<\/strong>. A developer receives payment in USDT from an overseas client. The funds arrive in Antarctic Wallet.
