The positive streak extended to 11 consecutive days.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-634.webp\" alt=\"3-634\" class=\"wp-image-259854\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Data: SoSoValue.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Cumulative inflows rose to $3.12bn. AUM stood at $9.37bn.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strategy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>On 2 June, Strategy<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategy.com\/press\/strategy-announces-proposed-strd-stock-offering_06-02-2025\"> announced<\/a> a 2.5m Series A preferred share issue with a non\u2011cumulative dividend yield of 10% per annum. Proceeds will be used to buy bitcoin.<\/p>\n<p>The securities will be called Stride (STRD).<\/p>\n<p>Previous preferred issues were named Strike (STRK) and Strife (STRF). The first (STRF) carry a 13% annual dividend; the second, 10%.<\/p>\n<p>Strategy reserved the right to redeem all STRD at any time for cash if the total number of outstanding shares falls below 25% of the aggregate number issued across all offerings of that series.<\/p>\n<p>The company also cited \u201ccertain tax events\u201d as such a condition.<\/p>\n<p>Following the latest purchase of digital gold, the year\u2011to\u2011date return on coins held on the balance sheet was 16.9% versus a 25% target.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/4-383.webp\" alt=\"4-383\" class=\"wp-image-259856\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Data:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategy.com\/btc\"> Strategy<\/a>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jess Myers of Moon forecast an increase in the share of bitcoin on public organisations\u2019 balance sheets<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/forecast-corporations-to-hold-half-of-all-bitcoins-in-20-years\"> to 50% by 2045<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to Bitwise, by the end of 2026 institutional holdings of the first cryptocurrency, including by governments and corporations, will reach<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/bitwise-predicts-institutional-holdings-of-bitcoin-to-reach-20-by-2026\"> 20% of total supply<\/a> (~4.2m BTC).<\/p>\n<p>Bernstein <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/bernstein-forecasts-corporate-bitcoin-holdings-to-reach-330-billion\">predicted<\/a> that companies\u2019 bitcoin reserves would reach $330bn by 2029.<\/p>\n<p>User Lowstrife warned that such scaling of Strategy\u2019s digital\u2011gold purchases could ultimately lead to<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/trump-media-to-raise-2-5bn-to-buy-bitcoin\"> \u201cthe destruction\u201d of the entire construct<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Arkham specialists <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/arkham-traces-87-of-strategys-bitcoin-holdings\">tracked<\/a> 87% of Strategy\u2019s bitcoins.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BlackRock sold about $430m of bitcoin; Strategy bought $75m.
