href=\"https:\/\/studio.glassnode.com\/metrics?a=BTC&#038;category=&#038;ema=0&#038;m=mining.HashRateMean&#038;mAvg=7&#038;mMedian=0&#038;s=1659268705&#038;u=1674993505&#038;zoom=182\">Glassnode<\/a>, the hash rate (<span data-descr=\"smoothed by a seven-day moving average\" class=\"old_tooltip\">7 DMA<\/span>) stands at 936.4 EH\/s, nearly matching the record level recorded on May data-descr=\"miners' revenue per unit of computing power\" class=\"old_tooltip\">hashprice<\/span> remained around $53 per PH\/s per day over the past 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Despite Bitcoin&#8217;s price maintaining levels above $100,000, the mining profitability metric has not approached the local highs of December 2024, which were around ~$64.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img over two years ago. Experts noted that miners collectively achieved a gross profit of about $2 billion with a margin of 53%, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/markets\/2025\/06\/13\/bitcoin-miners-just-had-one-of-their-best-quarters-on-record-jpmorgan-says\">CoinDesk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The lowest total cost of mining 1 BTC during the period was recorded by IREN at approximately $36,400, while the highest was by MARA at ~$72,600.<\/p>\n<p>In May, MARA <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/mara-mines-record-950-btc-in-a-month-post-halving\">mined<\/a> a post-<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/bitcoin-undergoes-fourth-halving\">halving<\/a> record of 950 BTC, increasing production by 35% compared to the previous month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Following the latest recalibration, the difficulty of mining the leading cryptocurrency adjusted by 0.45% to 126.41 T.
