This was stated by Dmitry Budorin, co-founder and CEO of Hacken, during the &#8220;Podcast Society&#8221; on ForkLog&#8217;s YouTube channel.<\/p>\n<p>He recounted the unfortunate saga of the <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/zelensky-withdraws-cryptocurrency-bill-reasons-revealed\">virtual assets legislation<\/a>, which failed to come into effect due to opposition from the <span data-descr=\"National Securities and Stock Market Commission\" class=\"old_tooltip\">NSSMC<\/span>. Budorin blamed the commission for the collapse of the stock market.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a very sad story&#8230; They simply started pushing the same law in the Rada, but with the Securities Commission as the regulator.
