This provision was absent in the initial versions.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Bitwise has filed amended S-1s for their spot Dogecoin ETF and their spot Aptos ETFs. Good signs as it indicates SEC engagement, and tracks with other spot approvals. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/vWpkMwyhyT\">pic.twitter.com\/vWpkMwyhyT<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Eric Balchunas (@EricBalchunas) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/EricBalchunas\/status\/1938242046935884000?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 26, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;These are good signs as they indicate SEC engagement and align with other approvals,&#8221; wrote Bloomberg exchange analyst Eric Balchunas.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/EricBalchunas\/status\/1938243673428296181\">noted<\/a> that the mention of in-kind redemptions is &#8220;almost a guarantee&#8221; of approval for such a redemption option for &#8220;ETFs across the board.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblock.co\/post\/359736\/secs-hester-peirce-says-in-kind-redemptions-for-crypto-etfs-are-on-the-horizon\">remarked<\/a> that this type of redemption for crypto funds is &#8220;on the horizon.&#8221; According to her, the regulator has received numerous applications from companies, including the largest asset manager BlackRock, requesting permission to settle in digital assets.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;These [forms] are currently under review. So I think they will definitely appear on the horizon at some point. I can&#8217;t predict when, but we are seeing a lot of interest,&#8221; she added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In June, spot exchange-traded funds based on the first cryptocurrency <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/bitcoin-etfs-record-3-9-billion-inflows-over-12-days\">recorded<\/a> 12 consecutive days of inflows.
