The management will remain with co-founders Parsa Attari (CEO), David Skrobonia (<span data-descr=\"Chief Technology Officer\" class=\"old_tooltip\">CTO<\/span>), and Rami Shahatit (<span data-descr=\"Chief Operating Officer\" class=\"old_tooltip\">COO<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p>Integration with Monad will allow Portal to accelerate the development of new tools for stablecoin operations.<\/p>\n<p>Monad Foundation co-founder Keone Hon added that payments are a key use case for blockchains.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;Transfers are an important step for the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies. Portal&#8217;s solutions will provide developers and companies with ready-made tools to integrate stablecoin payments into their platforms and applications,&#8221; he noted.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Monad is an EVM-compatible layer-one blockchain focused on high throughput.<\/p>\n<p>Portal offers an <span data-descr=\"Application Programming Interface\" class=\"old_tooltip\">API<\/span> and <span data-descr=\"Software Development Kit\" class=\"old_tooltip\">SDK<\/span> for working with stablecoins across various blockchains.<\/p>\n<p>In February, the Monad development team <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/monads-public-testnet-set-to-launch-on-february-19\">launched<\/a> a public testnet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Monad Foundation has acquired Portal Labs, the company behind the Portal stablecoin infrastructure platform.
