On July 17, Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen transferred XRP worth $30 million to the exchange Coinbase, reports The Block<\/a>. The following day, the token reached a new all-time high of $3.65.<\/p>\n

According to XRPScan, since the beginning of 2025, Larsen has sent XRP worth $344 million to exchanges and external wallets. It remains unclear whether any of these assets were sold.<\/p>\n

Current data indicates that the Ripple co-founder holds approximately 2.6 billion XRP, valued at over $8.5 billion at the current rate. Forbes estimates<\/a> Larsen’s net worth at $9.7 billion, which is $6.5 billion more than in 2024.<\/p>\n

XRP Reaches New ATH<\/h2>\n

Larsen’s transfers coincided with a nearly 6% rise in XRP over the past day, according to CoinGecko<\/a>. On July 18, the altcoin surpassed its previous all-time high of $3.4, set in 2018.\u00a0<\/p>\n

At the time of writing, XRP is trading at $3.43.<\/p>\n
