Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/coinmarketcap.com\/\" title=\"CoinMarketCap\">CoinMarketCap<\/a>. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Lee\u2019s forecast draws on a model built by his colleague Sean Farrell that compares Ethereum with established crypto-industry firms such as Circle.<\/p>\n<p>Farrell estimates ether\u2019s potential value at $15,000 using <span data-descr=\"earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation; reflects a business\u2019s operating efficiency excluding financial and accounting factors\" class=\"old_tooltip\">EBITDA<\/span> <span data-descr=\"multiple \u2014 a financial ratio that shows how many times the market values a company above its earnings or revenue\" class=\"old_tooltip\">multiples<\/span>. Fundstrat\u2019s researchers argue that layer-1 blockchains like Ethereum underpin entire ecosystems and can therefore command higher valuations. As an analogy, Lee pointed to software companies\u2019 richer multiples compared with mass-market consumer firms.<\/p>\n<p>He also cited the technical work of Fundstrat\u2019s head of technical strategy, Mark Newton, who sees Ethereum reaching $4,000 by the end of July.<\/p>\n<p>Lee called that only an interim target. Given current adoption and valuation, a $10,000\u2013$15,000 range looks achievable by year-end\u2014possibly sooner.<\/p>\n<p>Early this month, in an <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/AltcoinDaily\/status\/1943380982285111707\">interview with CNBC<\/a>, Lee called Ethereum Wall Street\u2019s preferred choice for blockchain infrastructure. He stressed that projects from JPMorgan and Robinhood\u2014the <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/jpmorgan-confirms-launch-of-jpmd-token-on-base-blockchain\">JPMD token<\/a> and a <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/robinhood-ceo-plans-to-launch-thousands-of-tokenized-stocks\">tokenisation initiative<\/a>\u2014are centred on this network.<\/p>\n<p>Lee also expects the RWA segment to keep surging, particularly alongside the expansion of stablecoins.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Whale demand<\/h2>\n<p>Ethereum\u2019s rapid rise comes amid <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/blackrocks-ethereum-etf-sees-record-inflow-of-546-million\">strengthening capital inflows<\/a> into US spot ETFs and <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/public-companies-pivot-from-bitcoin-to-ai-tokens-and-memecoins\">hype around corporate reserves<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"503\" src=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ETH_reserve-1024x503.png\" alt=\"ETH_reserve\" class=\"wp-image-262353\" srcset=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ETH_reserve-1024x503.png 1024w, https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ETH_reserve-300x147.png 300w, https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ETH_reserve-768x377.png 768w, https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ETH_reserve.png 1301w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Statistics on corporations\u2019 strategic Ethereum reserves.
