The native coin of the “meme-token factory” Pump.fun has dropped below the $0.004 level at which it was sold during the token sale. At the time of writing, PUMP is trading at $0.0037.<\/p>\n

From its peak values of around $0.0068, the token has fallen by 45%, according to CoinGecko<\/a>. Its market capitalization is $1.31 billion with an FDV of $3.72 billion.<\/p>\n

The PUMP presale took place on July 12 and concluded in 12 minutes<\/a>, raising 500 million. However, a few days later, it was revealed<\/a> that nearly 60% of ICO participants sold or transferred assets to centralized exchanges and other wallets.<\/p>\n

According to a dashboard on Dune<\/a>, only 13% of token sale participants are currently holding onto the coin.<\/p>\n

Amid the price decline, Lookonchain also recorded that two early investors sent PUMP worth approximately $160 million to centralized exchanges.<\/p>\n

The $PUMP<\/a> price has dropped below its private\/public sale price of $0.004.<\/p>\n

“PUMP Top Fund 1” spent 100M $USDC<\/a> to buy 25B $PUMP<\/a> at $0.004 in the private sale.
So far, he has deposited 17B $PUMP<\/a>($89.5M) to exchanges via #FalconX<\/a> and still hold 8B $PUMP<\/a>($29.58M).<\/p>\n
