This effectively makes the company&#8217;s technology &#8220;virtually free&#8221; for federal executive branch employees.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;The efforts are aimed at fulfilling one of the key objectives of the <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/trumps-inclusive-ai-orders-draw-expert-criticism\">Trump Administration&#8217;s AI Action Plan<\/a>: to make powerful AI tools accessible to the entire federal government, allowing workers to spend less time on bureaucratic tasks and paperwork, and more time on their primary mission: serving the American people,&#8221; the company stated.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>OpenAI noted that AI is already assisting government employees:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employees in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania using ChatGPT saved an average of about 95 minutes a day on routine tasks;<\/li>\n<li>In North Carolina, 85% of participants in a 12-week experiment conducted by the state&#8217;s Department of Treasury reported a positive experience using the chatbot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Under the new initiative:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each federal agency will gain access to advanced models through ChatGPT Enterprise for $1;<\/li>\n<li>A special community, individual learning platforms, and introductory training sessions have been created for civil servants;<\/li>\n<li>New security measures will be implemented to protect confidential information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In July, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/sam-altman-highlights-trust-risks-with-chatgpt\">stated<\/a> that personal conversations with ChatGPT are not legally protected.
