This technology is integrated into the open simulator CARLA, a popular platform for developers. Additionally, an update for the Omniverse kit has been released.<\/p>\n<p>New servers for robotics workflows have been introduced. The Nvidia RTX Pro Blackwell Server offers a unified architecture for workloads in bot development, while Nvidia DGX Cloud provides a cloud management platform.<\/p>\n<p>The announcements coincide with <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/nvidia-to-develop-humanoid-robots\">Nvidia&#8217;s active expansion<\/a> in the field of robotics, seeing potential demand for graphics cards in the industry.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Robots Still Lack AI<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The primary challenge in the industry remains the integration of AI technologies. This is necessary for the mass deployment of humanoid bots, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-08-09\/humanoid-robots-still-lack-ai-technology-unitree-ceo-says?srnd=phx-ai\">stated<\/a> Unitree CEO Wang Xinxin.<\/p>\n<p>He compared the current situation to the &#8220;ChatGPT breakthrough moment&#8221; in 2022 and believes that a growth spurt in the robot sector will occur within one to three years.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;The industry knows which direction to move in, it&#8217;s just that no one has implemented it yet,&#8221; the expert added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Wang&#8217;s company <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/robots-on-display-highlights-from-the-waic-conference\">introduced<\/a> the R1 humanoid for $5900, but it has not yet entered mass production.<\/p>\n<p>China is actively ramping up efforts in this area. In 2025, the country <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/robots-join-humans-in-beijing-half-marathon\">held a half-marathon<\/a> among robots, a <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/china-hosts-first-humanoid-robot-muay-thai-tournament\">muay thai-style tournament<\/a>, and a <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/robots-compete-in-football-match-in-beijing\">football competition<\/a>.
