The TRON founder was hesitant. However, after assurances that the files with cryptocurrency wallet addresses \u201cwould not leave the office\u201d and would be accessible only to a select group of Bloomberg employees, Sun agreed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to the plaintiff, the editorial team intends to make the data public soon.<\/p>\n<p>The businessman demanded a permanent injunction against the publication of information about his crypto assets, a jury trial, and reimbursement of legal costs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the lawsuit, Sun and his lawyers referenced Bloomberg&#8217;s materials on the wrench attack scheme\u2014cases of physical violence to force cryptocurrency transfers.<\/p>\n<p>Since the beginning of the year, 51 incidents have been recorded. The most notable were <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/offline-threats-kidnappings-of-crypto-entrepreneurs-and-security-measures\">kidnappings in France<\/a>, where victims had their fingers cut off, and an attack in Uganda, where a crypto project&#8217;s founder was forced at gunpoint to transfer $500,000.
