For example, JapanBitcoin.com, AustraliaBitcoin.com, BitcoinExchanges.com, and BitcoinWallets.com.<\/p>\n<p>Other notable names in the collection include: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>BitcoinforPizza.com; <\/li>\n<li>EmailBitcoin.com;<\/li>\n<li>BitcoinSpotETF.com;<\/li>\n<li>BitcoinSeedPhrase.com;<\/li>\n<li>TokenizedBitcoins.com;<\/li>\n<li>BitcoinNetzwerk.com.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ownership of the domains is unknown. Lloyds speculated that they might have been registered by early Bitcoin developers. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThis is not just a collection of good domain names. It is the architecture of Bitcoin&#8217;s internet presence. Whoever wins this auction will gain not just domains, but the right to own the language of the digital economy of the first cryptocurrency,\u201d said Lloyds&#8217; Chief Operating Officer, Lee Hames. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>To participate in the auction, a preliminary check is required. Payment in cryptocurrency is accepted \u2014 the auction house <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lloydsauctions.com.au\/insider\/lloyds-auctions-now-accepts-bitcoin-for-teslas-toranas\/\">began<\/a> accepting it back in 2021. <\/p>\n<p>Domains related to digital assets often attract significant sums. In April, Lloyds <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globenewswire.com\/news-release\/2025\/03\/26\/3049493\/0\/en\/XBT-com-Surpasses-3M-at-Lloyds-Auctions-Poised-to-Be-the-Largest-Crypto-Domain-Sale-Since-2021.html\">sold<\/a> the domain XBT.com for $3 million. In 2014, BTC.com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsforbusiness.com.au\/releases.html?id=1023859&#038;headline=xbtcom-surpasses-3m-at-auction-poised-to-be-the-largest-crypto-domain-sale-since-2021\">was auctioned<\/a> for $1 million, and ETH.com for $2 million in 2017.
