The parties will establish Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, Inc., a digital asset management company focused on acquiring CRO.<\/p>\n<p>Yorkville Acquisition Corp. will apply to list its Class A common stock on Nasdaq under the ticker MCGA.<\/p>\n<p>The treasury of the new entity will consist of:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6.3 billion CRO (19% of total issuance) valued at $1 billion;<\/li>\n<li>$200 million in fiat;<\/li>\n<li>$220 million in mandatory warrants;<\/li>\n<li>an additional $5 billion credit line.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe Trump Media Group CRO strategy involves using the funds raised to create a digital asset reserve in CRO,\u201d the press release states.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>TMTG will also integrate the Cronos token into the Truth Social network and the streaming platform Truth+. Crypto.com will provide the infrastructure for crypto wallets.<\/p>\n<p>In March, Trump Media and the crypto exchange had already <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/cro-token-surges-30-amid-crypto-com-partnership-with-trump-media\">signed<\/a> a non-binding agreement. The collaboration aimed to launch a series of exchange-traded funds under the Truth.Fi brand. At that time, CRO also showed a 30% increase.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Betting on Betting<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2025\/08\/26\/trump-jr-vc-fund-polymarket\">Axios<\/a> reported on investments by the venture fund 1789 Capital, partnered by Donald Trump Jr., in the prediction platform Polymarket.<\/p>\n<p>According to journalists, the fund invested \u201ca double-digit million sum.\u201d Previously, Founders Fund valued the project at over $1 billion.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the deal, Trump Jr. will join Polymarket&#8217;s advisory board.<\/p>\n<p>1789 Capital first began talks with the platform about 18 months ago, but the fund awaited a clear legal path to enter the U.S. market.<\/p>\n<p>The organization views Polymarket as a potential candidate for an <span data-descr=\"initial public offering\" class=\"old_tooltip\">IPO<\/span>. Its portfolio also includes SpaceX and Anduril.<\/p>\n<p>Back in May, TMTG <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/trump-media-to-raise-2-5bn-to-buy-bitcoin\">issued<\/a> common stock worth ~$1.5 billion and secured convertible bonds worth $1 billion.
