The exchange also faced an issue with order cancellations.<\/p>\n<p>Just minutes before the outage, the price of Bitcoin <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/bitcoin-price-hits-2020-high\">reached<\/a> a new yearly high of $13,867 (per Bitstamp).<\/p>\n<p>At 03:24 Moscow time, Coinbase began to resume trading in a restricted mode.<\/p>\n<p>Trading is not available in the pairs CVC\/USDC, DAI\/USD, DAI\/USDC, DNT\/USDC, GNT\/USDC, LOOM\/USDC, MANA\/USDC, UMA\/GBP, WBTC\/BTC, WBTC\/USD.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in June, Coinbase was offline for almost an hour during Bitcoin&#8217;s rally above $10,000.
