The company said this in a <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20201030005313\/en\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">press release<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cDigital securities represent the logical evolution of how investment instruments are created, issued and traded on a regulated market,\u201d says Richard Carlton, CEO of the CSE.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>INX <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/inx-to-launch-a-117-million-ipo-at-the-end-of-august\">conducts<\/a> an IPO in the form of selling security tokens and aims to raise $117 million.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cDigital securities open up new opportunities in regulated cross-border trading and listings.
