To contact the Cobinhood team you must submit via the form the original registered email address, to which we will respond to your comments and requests,\u201d the exchange said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Customers will not be able to change the password or the email address provided at registration:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cBecause Cobinhood maintains a service policy oriented toward secure transactions, we will continue to prohibit customers from changing their password or the original registered email address in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The exchange did not specify when full operations would resume.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in January, Cobinhood announced a month-long halt to operations, reportedly to conduct a balance audit.<\/p>\n<p>In May last year, users suspected Cobinhood of an exit scam.
