The decision was made by the Kyiv District Court of Odessa, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=YhcZlsn_v_g&#038;fbclid=IwAR1T0e7wbm5b5sPtFCCafLbd2T6b2hU6vlMRu_smXUQEBtkuvl6JDfC5x8U\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u0441\u043e\u043e\u0431\u0449\u0438\u043b<\/a> former company technician Yaroslav Stadchenko.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Judge Yulia Feduleeva <a href=\"https:\/\/reyestr.court.gov.ua\/Review\/93321644\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u0443\u0434\u043e\u0432\u043b\u0435\u0442\u0432\u043e\u0440\u0438\u043b\u0430<\/a> the defense&#8217;s petition and placed Tovstenko under house arrest until December 25.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Tovstenko left custody under Article 115(2) of the Ukrainian Criminal Code (&#8216;intentional murder&#8217; \u2013 ForkLog&#8217;s note), which does not provide for house arrest at all. A month earlier in this case the judge <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/odessa-court-keeps-bitsonar-pyramid-founder-in-custody\">did not see<\/a> any possibility for changes to the measure of restraint,&#8221; said Yaroslav Stadchenko.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He said that once free, Tovstenko &#8220;may try to bring the case to a conclusion and flee the country.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Stadchenko appealed to Ukraine&#8217;s President Volodymyr Zelensky for help.<\/p>\n<p>According to investigators, Alexander Tovstenko allegedly ordered the murder of Yaroslav Stadchenko (also known as Yan Novak). The suspect faces life imprisonment.<\/p>\n<p>It was Stadchenko who revealed that Bitsonar, presenting itself as an investment fund for algorithmic cryptocurrency trading, was a Ponzi scheme. As later emerged, this was carried out by SBU officers to stage his murder.
