ForkLog reported this from the project\u2019s developers.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The applications operate under a DAO framework, under which Nimbus accounts for 10% of governance tokens.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe Nimbus platform has been operating since 2019 for 50,000 users worldwide. The move to DeFi is a logical step in our company&#8217;s development strategy. Our new decentralized applications provide users with 10 earning strategies within a single platform and are based on tools understood by a broad audience: from crypto lending to IPOs and startup financing,\u201d said Nimbus representatives.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The project\u2019s ecosystem comprises four decentralized applications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P2P Lending \u2014 P2P lending;<\/li>\n<li>Crypto Arbitrage-Trading \u2014 decentralized trading powered by the Nimbus bot;<\/li>\n<li>IPO Hub \u2014 investing in IPOs. The tool is planned to launch in Q3\u2013Q4 2021;<\/li>\n<li>Nimbus Crowdfunding \u2014 startup funding. The app will employ venture fund due-diligence mechanisms. Launch is planned for Q3\u2013Q4 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nimbus does not set minimum investment amounts.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the dapps, the Nimbus team has developed two tokens and one stablecoin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NBU \u2014 a utility token. NBU offers holders 10 different revenue strategies through staking in various pools and unlocks access to Nimbus products. From January 27, 2021, NBU will be available on the Nimbus website, and in Q1 2021 it will appear on Uniswap and other exchanges;<\/li>\n<li>Nimbus Governance Token \u2014 governance token of the ERC-1155 standard.
