Gaming laptops powered by GeForce RTX 30 GPUs have become popular among Chinese Ethereum miners, reported<\/a> by the BTCer blogger.<\/p>\n

Due to a shortage of discrete GPUs on the market, miners began assembling farms from laptops.<\/p>\n

Based on these estimates, a laptop priced at about $1,000 pays back in roughly three and a half months, calculated<\/a> by Techarp.<\/p>\n

Earlier, Ethereum miners earned $798m<\/a>. Forty percent of revenues came from transaction fees.<\/p>\n
