This is evidenced by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1843021\/000119312521043521\/d242572ds1.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">information on the SEC&#8217;s site<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of approval, the ETF listing would take place on the NYSE Arca, and the fund&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/terms\/a\/authorizedparticipant.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">authorized participant<\/a> would be the American financial conglomerate Morgan Stanley. The company&#8217;s divisions\u2014NYDIG Asset Management LLC and NYDIG Trust Company LLC\u2014will serve as sponsor and Bitcoin custodian, respectively.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;The investment objective of the trust is to reflect the price dynamics of Bitcoin, net of the organization\u2019s operating expenses,&#8221; the document states.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Apart from NYDIG, since early 2021 the Commission has received similar applications from <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/vaneck-applies-to-launch-etf-providing-exposure-to-crypto-related-companies\">VanEck<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/sec-receives-new-bitcoin-etf-registration-filing\">Valkyrie Digital Assets<\/a>.
