Sources, libraries and API&#8217;s will all be open. We plan a sandbox and prizes for the best applications based on electronic crypto-hryvnias,&#8221; <\/strong>Attic Lab CEO Sergei Vasilchuk wrote on Facebook.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>SmartMoney is based on blockchain technology.
