The aim of such organizations is to merge with another private firm that wants to go public, bypassing an IPO.<\/p>\n<p>The merged company will be named eToro Group Ltd and will trade on Nasdaq. According to <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.theblockcrypto.com\/post\/98431\/etoro-public-merger-blank-check-company\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"nofollow noopener\\\">The Block<\/a>, its valuation will be about $10.4 billion.<\/p>\n<p>In December 2020, media outlets <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/media-etoro-plans-ipo-on-wall-street-to-raise-5-billion\">reported plans<\/a> for eToro to go public.
