The company previously <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/nexon-group-denies-reports-it-plans-to-acquire-bithumb\">denied<\/a> plans to acquire the exchange.<\/p>\n<p>According to Naver, the deal is valued at around 300-500 billion won (~$265-$440 million).<\/p>\n<p>The market value of Bithumb is expected to be around 2 trillion won (~$1.77 billion).<\/p>\n<p>After acquiring the stake, Morgan Stanley is prepared to invest further in the platform.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, South Korean police <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/police-summon-bithumb-chief-over-fraud-charges\">are conducting an investigation<\/a> into the chairman of Bithumb, Lee Jong-hoon.
