The funds will be used to secure the network&#8217;s initial liquidity reserve and expand the development team.<\/p>\n<p>Connext is building a &#8216;cross-chain liquidity network&#8217; that enables fast, non-custodial asset swaps using layer-2 solutions such as <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/defi-project-synthetix-launches-ethereum-layer-2-solution-optimistic-ethereum\">Optimism<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A full launch of the Connext network is expected in the next 3\u20136 months.<\/p>\n<p>Including the latest round, Connext has raised more than $3.7 million.
