The developers issued a security update and thanked Tesla for its assistance.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\ud83d\udea8Today we&#8217;re releasing a new security release of BTCPay Server v1.0.7.1. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/WnsUq6lxCC\">https:\/\/t.co\/WnsUq6lxCC<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This release patches one critical and several low-impact vulnerabilities that affect v1.0.7.0 and older.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 BTCPay Server (@BtcpayServer) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BtcpayServer\/status\/1376962115504906240?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 30, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>BTCPay founder Nicolas Dor\u00e9 told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/tesla-helped-patch-bug-open-source-bitcoin-payment-processor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Coindesk<\/a> that Tesla contacted the developers after auditing the code.
