We look forward to a similarly successful exit on the secondary market\u00bb, \u2014 said the company\u2019s CEO Shai Datika.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The exchange <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/inx-to-launch-a-117-million-ipo-at-the-end-of-august\">began its IPO in August 2020<\/a>, aiming to raise $117 million through the sale of 130 million tokens.<\/p>\n<p>INX did not disclose how close it came to meeting its target.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the company <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/inx-files-for-listing-on-the-canadian-securities-exchange\">submitted a listing application<\/a> for its digital securities on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).<\/p>\n<p>In March 2021, INX said it intended <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/inx-to-raise-up-to-ca25-million-through-tsxv-ipo\">to be listed<\/a> among the tradable assets in the venture section of the Toronto Stock Exchange \u2014 TSVX.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INX, a platform for trading digital securities and cryptocurrencies, announced the closure of its token IPO on April 22.
