{"id":40670,"date":"2021-04-13T15:57:24","date_gmt":"2021-04-13T12:57:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/?p=40670"},"modified":"2025-08-30T15:13:15","modified_gmt":"2025-08-30T12:13:15","slug":"nft-investments-raises-35m-in-aquis-share-placement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/nft-investments-raises-35m-in-aquis-share-placement\/","title":{"rendered":"NFT Investments raises \u00a335m in Aquis share placement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NFT Investments, a firm investing in non-fungible tokens, has raised \u00a335m through a share placement on London\u2019s alternative trading system Aquis. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblockcrypto.com\/linked\/101458\/nft-investments-raises-london-listing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Block<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Initially the firm planned <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/nft-investments-announces-plans-to-list-shares-on-the-aquis-stock-exchange\">to raise \u00a310m<\/a> ($13.8m), offering 200m shares at five pence each. In that scenario the company\u2019s market capitalisation would be \u00a325m ($34.3m).<\/p>\n<p>With demand more than three times the target, the company was valued at \u00a350m. NFT Investments\u2019 shares will begin trading on 16 April.<\/p>\n<p>A third of the funds raised will be used to acquire tokens across sectors including gaming and digital art.
