The terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>The San Francisco-based firm specializes in backing mining companies in North America. It also runs a fund that offers accredited investors access to USD-denominated debt secured by bitcoin.<\/p>\n<p>Following the deal, Arctos Capital, as a NYDIG unit, is expected to attract additional capital from banks and life-insurance companies for its products.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier the platform <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/nydig-acquires-digital-assets-data\">\u043f\u043e\u0433\u043b\u043e\u0442\u0438\u043b\u0430<\/a> an analytics company Digital Assets Data to broaden its range of services for institutions, hedge funds, high-net-worth individuals and banks seeking to unlock Bitcoin&#8217;s potential as an asset class.<\/p>\n<p>In April 2021 NYDIG <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/nydig-raises-100-million-from-insurers\">\u0437\u0430\u043f\u0443\u0441\u0442\u0438\u043b\u0430<\/a> a Bitcoin-based solutions arm for the global insurance industry.<\/p>\n<p>Subscribe to ForkLog news on <a href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/forklogcom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">VK<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The New York Digital Investment Group (NYDIG), focused on institutional players, has acquired commercial lender Arctos Capital.
