Hoskinson also hinted at a forthcoming deal with a telecommunications operator in Tanzania.<\/p>\n<p>IOG believes that Cardano and Atala PRISM will help \\&#8221;democratise social and financial services for 1.7 billion Africans\\&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration with IOG will kick off the implementation of the government&#8217;s Digital Ethiopia 2025 strategy, under which authorities have introduced a national identification standard.
