{"id":41807,"date":"2021-05-03T18:21:42","date_gmt":"2021-05-03T15:21:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/?p=41807"},"modified":"2025-08-30T20:25:31","modified_gmt":"2025-08-30T17:25:31","slug":"inx-raises-85-million-after-ipo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/inx-raises-85-million-after-ipo\/","title":{"rendered":"INX raises $85 million after IPO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The INX platform for trading digital securities and cryptocurrencies attracted $85 million following an IPO registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission <span data-descr=\\\"initial public offering\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">IPO<\/span> of its Ethereum tokens.<\/p>\n<p>More than 7,200 retail and institutional investors from 75 countries participated in the placement.<\/p>\n<p>The company received 54% of funds in cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC) and 46% in U.S. dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Token holders will be entitled to a 40% distribution of net profits (without voting rights), while equity holders will receive the remaining 60% (with voting rights).<\/p>\n<p>IPO <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/inx-to-launch-a-117-million-ipo-at-the-end-of-august\">started<\/a> in August 2020.<\/p>\n<p>In October INX <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/inx-files-for-listing-on-the-canadian-securities-exchange\">filed<\/a> a filing for listing security tokens on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
