Source: eBay.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A spokesperson told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/retail-consumer\/ebay-taps-into-nft-frenzy-allows-sale-platform-2021-05-11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Reuters<\/a> that NFT sales may be made only by users who \u201cmeet eBay\u2019s standards.\u201d The platform allows purchases of tokens in US dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Sellers can trade digital collectibles such as baseball cards. According to Jordan Sweetnam, eBay&#8217;s Senior Vice President, the platform will in the future give users access to a broader range of NFTs.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblockcrypto.com\/linked\/104508\/ebay-offering-nft-sales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">The Block<\/a>, most of the NFTs available on the platform are issued on the WAX blockchain.
