Through the company\u2019s platform they gained access to three Taurus products:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Taurus-CAPITAL, designed for creating tokenised securities and managing them;<\/li>\n<li>Taurus-PROTECT, the custody service offering hot and cold storage of digital assets;<\/li>\n<li>Taurus-EXPLORER \u2014 a set of APIs enabling connections to more than 10 blockchains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cDepending on the business model and regulatory framework, banks will be able to create, manage and service a wide range of tokenised assets, using the functional capabilities of Taurus-CAPITAL and Taurus-PROTECT,\u201d Temenos added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Earlier, tokenised securities in Switzerland gained the same legal status as traditional ones. <\/p>\n<p>In April 2021, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) granted Taurus a licence to deal with securities.
