The authors say this embodies the Bitcoin community&#8217;s popular idea that \u201cwe are all Satoshi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The community continues to speculate about who hides behind the Nakamoto pseudonym, and one of the most likely candidates is American cryptographer of Hungarian origin Nick Szabo.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative for the statue project was launched by crypto-enthusiast Andr\u00e1s Dorfi. In his view, Nakamoto&#8217;s identity does not matter \u2014 the main point is that he \u201copened a new chapter in Internet history,\u201d when his invention led to the emergence of new digital currencies.
