Introduced in July 2018, the software enables buying and selling digital assets, as well as staking. The company said the app has more than 1.5 million monthly users.<\/p>\n<p>ParaSwap is a liquidity aggregator that interacts with popular <span data-descr=\"decentralised finance\" class=\"old_tooltip\">DeFi<\/span> protocols such as Uniswap and Balancer. The platform routes users&#8217; orders across different DEXs to execute trades at the best available prices.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblockcrypto.com\/linked\/108353\/crypto-wallet-ledger-live-paraswap-first-defi-platform\">The Block<\/a>, Ledger&#8217;s head of customer experience Yan Rogers explained that the company chose ParaSwap for its \u201ceasy-to-use interface.\u201d He said the app will add support for more DeFi platforms in the future.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe aim to integrate all platforms with a \u2018connect your wallet\u2019 button,\u201d Rogers said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In June 2021, Ledger <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/ledger-raises-380-million-in-series-c-at-a-valuation-of-more-than-1-5-billion\">raised $380 million in a Series C financing round<\/a>.
