He wrote about it on his <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/olegderipaska\/278\">Telegram channel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Deripaska stated that &#8220;even a poor El Salvador&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/el-salvador-passes-bill-recognizing-bitcoin-as-legal-tender\">recognised Bitcoin<\/a> as a means of payment:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;When will the development of financial technologies pierce a hole in this wall of our central bank&#8217;s superstition?
