It does not collect IP addresses or use users&#8217; personal information.<\/p>\n<p>The beta version of the search engine is available in Brave for desktop and mobile devices on iOS and Android, as well as for other browsers.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p>\u201cBrave Search is the most private and the only independent search engine that provides users with the control and privacy they seek in alternatives from the big tech companies,\u201d said Brendan Eich, the CEO and co-founder of Brave.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to the press release, more than 100,000 users applied to test the beta version. The company says Brave&#8217;s monthly audience surpassed 32 million active users.<\/p>\n<p>Brave Search operates without ads in the beta. Later developers will offer a choice between free, ad-supported search and a paid version, but without banners.<\/p>\n<p>The company <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/brave-browser-to-launch-cryptocurrency-exchange\">started development<\/a> of its own decentralized cryptocurrency exchange.
