Its founder, Anthony Scaramucci, told The Block in an interview.<\/p>\n<p>The firm also plans to file for the launch of an Ethereum-<span data-descr=\"exchange-traded fund\" class=\"old_tooltip\">ETF<\/span> with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).<\/p>\n<p>In March SkyBridge Capital, in partnership with First Trust Advisors, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/skybridge-capital-and-first-trust-advisors-file-to-launch-a-bitcoin-etf\">submitted<\/a> to the regulator a filing to list a Bitcoin-based ETF. In May the regulator <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/sec-opens-review-of-bitcoin-etf-applications-from-fidelity-and-skybridge\">began reviewing<\/a> it.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier the SEC <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/sec-again-extends-review-of-vanecks-bitcoin-etf-filing\">again postponed<\/a> the review of VanEck&#8217;s Bitcoin-ETF filing. Previously the Commission issued a similar decision regarding Kryptoin Investment Advisor<\/a>, as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/sec-delays-kryptoins-bitcoin-etf-filing\">WisdomTree<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Bitcoin-ETF trading has currently been permitted by regulators in <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/canada-registers-bitcoin-etf-ahead-of-the-united-states\">Canada<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/brazil-becomes-the-second-country-in-the-world-to-approve-a-bitcoin-etf\">Brazil<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In January SkyBridge Capital <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/skybridge-capital-launches-bitcoin-fund-with-310-million-in-assets\">launched<\/a> a Bitcoin-focused fund. Its assets at launch were valued at $310 million.<\/p>\n<p>In April, Scaramucci <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/anthony-scaramucci-ethereum-has-a-solid-base-and-the-price-is-set-to-rise\">stated<\/a> his sympathy for Ethereum.
