This was announced on the CoinEx exchange&#8217;s website via <a class=\"tracking_link\" href=\"https:\/\/announcement.coinex.com\/hc\/ru\/articles\/4402920977300-Announcement-on-Releasing-CoinEx-Smart-Chain-Mainnet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CoinEx<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The CoinEx Smart Chain runs on a Proof-of-Stake consensus protocol. The blockchain focuses on the DeFi sector and is compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine. The network&#8217;s native token <a href=\"https:\/\/coinmarketcap.com\/ru\/currencies\/coinex-token\/\">CET<\/a> is supported by ViaWallet and MetaMask wallets.<\/p>\n<p>CSC&#8217;s throughput reaches 600 TPS with a block time of 3 seconds. The CoinEx Smart Chain validator pool includes up to 101 participants. Users can delegate tokens to them to earn a share of the rewards.<\/p>\n<p>In early June, CoinEx Smart Chain <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/coinex-smart-chain-to-pay-up-to-100000-to-developers-of-promising-defi-projects\">created<\/a> a seed fund of $10 million to develop the dapps ecosystem. The project will award up to $100,000 to developers who create or port applications to CSC. The best projects will have the right to list their tokens on CoinEx.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cTo build the DeFi infrastructure on CSC, we must formulate incentives and ecosystem policy. Then \u2014 assist new projects in developing concepts, launching and growth. We do not want to blindly support migrating applications from Ethereum, chase higher network capitalization, or copy solutions from other ecosystems,\u201d said Haipo Yang, founder of CoinEx.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>CSC is part of the ViaBTC Group ecosystem, which also includes the exchange <a class=\"tracking_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coinex.com\/?channel=forklogcsc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CoinEx<\/a>, the ViaBTC mining pool and the ViaWallet wallet.<\/p>\n<p>Last week ForkLog <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/coinex-founder-haipo-yang-on-crypto-winter-the-markets-future-and-expansion-into-russia-interview\">published<\/a> an interview with CoinEx founder Haipo Yang.
