Learn more: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/5zTnnJ5LU4\">https:\/\/t.co\/5zTnnJ5LU4<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/pG4pTGxUVz\">pic.twitter.com\/pG4pTGxUVz<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 PayPal (@PayPal) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PayPal\/status\/1415748537078386689?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 15, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>The changes will give our clients greater choice and flexibility when buying cryptocurrencies<\/em>, the company said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>PayPal pledged to support efforts to raise user awareness about digital assets.<\/p>\n<p>Since November 2020 the service allowed US customers <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/paypal-launches-bitcoin-buying-and-selling-for-us-users\">to buy, sell, and store<\/a>, and since March 2021 also <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/media-paypal-to-allow-paying-with-bitcoin-at-partner-merchants\">to pay<\/a> for purchases of Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin at partner merchants.<\/p>\n<p>In May, PayPal <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/paypal-to-enable-withdrawal-of-cryptocurrencies-to-external-wallets\">announced<\/a> the addition of the ability to withdraw cryptocurrency to external wallets.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier the company confirmed plans to acquire <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/paypal-confirms-plans-to-acquire-cryptocurrency-custodian-curv\">the custodial service for digital assets Curv<\/a>.
