The appointee is former Spotify top executive Henrik Johansson.<\/p>\n<p>Over the next two years, the new head of growth at Crypto.com plans to grow the platform&#8217;s user base to 100 million.<\/p>\n<p>At Spotify, Johansson led global growth teams for the past eight years, expanding the service&#8217;s international reach and accelerating the adoption of streaming music.<\/p>\n<p>According to the press release, over the past year Crypto.com has hired more than 1,500 employees, and its user base has grown more than fivefold, to 10 million.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cHenrik is a rare talent who deeply understands growth, product and marketing. [\u2026] When he joined Spotify, they had 36 million users, and now \u2014 more than 360 million.
